Because we carve to order from blocks as they are quarried, the catalogue moves in batches rather than seasons — a run of Calacatta Viola will appear when a good block comes through, and a travertine format will appear when the beds yield the right tone.

New listings are worth watching for two reasons. Stone that photographs well tends to sell before we can cut a second piece from a comparable block, and the newest pieces usually carry the shortest production times because the material is already on the floor.
