Start from a catalogue piece
Most custom orders begin as a change to something we already make. Browse the full sink range and tell us which model is closest.
What we need from you
Send the overall width, depth and height, the internal bowl depth, and the position of the tap and the waste. Tell us whether the piece is wall-hung, sitting on a counter or dropping into a cut-out, and whether the underside will be seen. Name a stone, or describe the tone and let us propose one. A sketch on paper with dimensions is enough; a CAD drawing is better. If you are working to a joinery drawing, send that too, because the tolerance between the basin and the cabinet is where most custom pieces go wrong.
How the order runs
Three things to settle before production
-
What we need from you
Overall dimensions, internal bowl depth, tap and waste positions, mounting method and stone. A dimensioned sketch is enough to quote from. If the basin sits in joinery, send the cabinet drawing as well so the tolerance is agreed rather than assumed.
-
Lead time and quoting
Custom lead times are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before production begins; they are not the 1 to 4 weeks shown on catalogue product pages. Larger pieces and figured stone take longer because the block has to be found first.
-
Custom orders are final
A bespoke piece cannot be resold, so it is excluded from the 30-day return window. That is the trade-off for having it made to your drawing, and it is why we ask you to approve the dimensions and, where relevant, the block before we cut.

Frequently asked questions
How much more does a custom piece cost?
It depends on the size and the stone rather than on a fixed uplift. Changing a dimension on an existing model is usually a modest change; a shape we have not made before, or a large piece in figured stone, is a different order of cost. We quote before you commit.
Can you copy a basin I have seen elsewhere?
We can work from a photograph and dimensions to make something equivalent in our own stone and our own detailing. We do not reproduce another makerās design exactly, and we will say so rather than take the order and disappoint you.
Can you drill tap holes where I want them?
Yes. Give us the centre position and the diameter, measured from a defined edge. This is the single most common cause of a basin not fitting a vanity, so we confirm the position back to you in writing before cutting.
Do you do matched sets for more than two basins?
Yes, subject to block availability, and this is where the lead time grows. A set of four matched basins needs a block large enough to yield four consistent faces, and that has to be found before we can commit to a date.
What happens if the finished piece is not what I approved?
If it does not match the approved drawing or the approved block, we remake it. That is a different situation from natural variation inside an approved block, which is the character of the material and is not treated as a fault.
