Trade & Designer Program
For interior designers, architects, contractors and hospitality projects
Every BROSMARBLE piece is carved from a solid block in our own workshop, not cast or assembled. The Trade Program gives specifiers direct access to that workshop: project pricing that scales with volume, written lead times before you commit, stone selection support, and one contact who owns your project from quote to installation day.
What a trade account gives you
-
Project pricing
Approved trade accounts receive a written price list with volume tiers. Pricing is confirmed per project in a formal quote before anything is cut, so your budget line never moves after approval.
-
Written lead times
Production is 1 to 4 weeks for most pieces and up to 8 to 14 weeks for made-to-order work. You get the exact production window for every line item in writing before you specify it.
-
Stone selection
Natural marble, travertine and onyx vary block to block. On request we photograph the actual piece before it ships so you and your client approve the veining, not a catalogue image.
-
Custom fabrication
Dimensions, wall-mount or counter-top configuration, drain position, backsplash profile and finish are all made to your drawing. Send a spec sheet and we will quote from it.
-
One delivery, one contact
Multiple pieces for the same project are consolidated to a single site address with free shipping inside the United States. One named contact answers every question on the job.
-
Freight protection
Stone is heavy and fragile. Full Coverage Marble & Freight Insurance can be added to any trade order so a transit incident never becomes a programme delay for your client.

3. Specify
Send us the project. We return a written quote with per-item pricing, production windows and delivery estimate, valid for 30 days.
-
4. Produce and deliver
On approval we cut, finish and photograph the work, then ship consolidated to your site with tracking and an install-ready packing list.

Trade programme questions
Who qualifies for a trade account?
Interior designers, architects, general contractors, builders and developers, hospitality designers and operators, kitchen and bath showrooms, and stone fabricators or installers working on client projects in the United States, Canada or Mexico. We ask for a business name and a business email; a resale certificate or EIN speeds up approval but is not required to apply.
How is trade pricing calculated?
Trade pricing is set against our published list prices and scales with the number of pieces you specify per year. Your tier is confirmed in writing when your account is approved and every project is then quoted line by line, so you always see the exact figure before you commit. We do not publish trade pricing publicly.
What are the lead times?
Production time is shown on each product page as Delivery Time and is typically 1 to 4 weeks. Some made-to-order pieces run 8 to 14 weeks. Transit inside the United States is normally 3 to 4 business days after production, and 6 to 12 business days to Canada and Mexico. Total delivery is production time plus transit. We do not offer an expedited service, so we confirm your window in writing before you specify.
Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?
No, and that is the point. Every piece is cut from a natural block, so veining, colour depth and fossil detail vary. The photographs show a recent example of the same stone. On request we photograph your actual piece before it leaves the workshop so you and your client approve it first.
Can you work to my drawing?
Yes. Dimensions, wall-mount or counter-top configuration, drain and overflow position, backsplash profile and finish are all made to order. Send a dimensioned drawing or a specification sheet with the application and we will quote from it. Custom and personalised pieces are not returnable, so we confirm every dimension in writing before cutting.
What is the returns position on a trade order?
Standard catalogue pieces follow our published policy: 30 days from delivery, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 25 percent restocking fee applies. Custom and personalised pieces are not returnable. Transit damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photographs. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. Shipping inside the United States is free. Canadian and Mexican orders are charged a freight rate based on order value at checkout, and import duties are collected up front so nothing is billed to your client at the border.
How do I pay?
Approved trade accounts are invoiced through a Shopify draft order, so you can pay by card or by any method enabled at checkout, and your client can be invoiced directly if you prefer. Payment terms are agreed per project when your account is approved.
