Marble Sinks

A marble sink is a wash basin cut from a solid block of natural stone rather than cast from stone dust and resin. Everything in this collection is made that way, in our own workshop in Denizli, Turkey — we quarry the material, cut it, carve it and finish it with one team, so nothing is subcontracted, nothing is cast, and nothing is stone veneer bonded to a composite core.

The collection covers marble, travertine, onyx, limestone and fossil stone in vessel, wall-mount and pedestal forms, from 14-inch cloakroom bowls to made-to-order pieces up to 40 inches wide with a matching backsplash cut from the same block. Because each basin comes from a different block, veining and tone will differ from the photographs. That is the material behaving normally, not a fault.

Two things are worth checking before you order: the exterior height, because a vessel basin on a standard 34-inch vanity will finish too high to use comfortably, and the weight, because stone at this scale needs a cabinet and countertop that can carry it. Both figures are on every product page, along with the interior basin depth, which is always smaller than the outside footprint suggests.

How to read a listing

Exterior and interior dimensions are given separately, in inches and centimetres, together with the finished weight and the drain-hole diameter. Our basins have no overflow, so they take an unslotted pop-up or grid waste — fitting an overflow-slotted waste will leak. Where a piece is offered in multiple widths, the size options run from 16 to 40 inches and the veining you receive comes from the next block in sequence rather than the block photographed.

Production time is stated per product and starts when the order is confirmed; transit within the United States follows separately and is free. Every basin ships crated. Full terms, including our 30-day return window, are on the refund policy and shipping policy pages.

Perfect for Every Style

The stone decides the room. Calacatta Viola carries burgundy veining across cream and dominates whatever it sits in. Calacatta Gold and classic Calacatta run warmer and quieter. Travertine — Troia, Noce, Mocha and Silver — brings the pale to deep-brown range with visible pore texture. Toros Black reads almost solid and shows every tool mark, which is why we finish it last. Botticino and Cappuccino sit quietly with oak, plaster and terracotta. Every piece is solid stone throughout, not veneer over a composite core.

Design Versatility

Primary Bathrooms

A full-size vanity carries the larger rectangular and made-to-order pieces, up to 40 inches wide with a matching backsplash cut from the same block.

Powder Rooms

The room where a stone basin pays for itself — small footprint, no competing fixtures, and the basin is the only decorative decision you have to make.

Wet Rooms and Shared Vanities

The trough pieces above 27 inches are built for two people at one basin. They need wall-mounted spouts rather than deck mounts, and a counter run that can carry the weight.

Quality You Can Trust

Each BROSMARBLE sink undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets our exacting standards:

  • Precision crafting for perfect dimensions
  • Expert finishing for smooth, consistent surfaces
  • Pre-sealed for immediate protection
  • Carefully packaged for safe delivery to your home

Expert Support & Services

  • Design consultation – tell us the width, stone and profile you need and we will quote a made-to-order piece
  • Free shipping within the United States – every basin travels crated; production time is stated on each product page and transit follows separately
  • Installation guidance – measuring, tap height, drain and bracket guidance is published on our installation tips page
  • Care & maintenance – sealing and cleaning instructions for every stone we carve

Care & Maintenance Made Simple

Marble and travertine are calcium carbonate stones, so they react to acid rather than to wear. Seal on installation, reseal annually, and keep citrus, wine, bleach and descaling products off the surface. Any stone-safe pH-neutral cleaner will do the daily work. Full instructions ship with every basin.

Invest in Timeless Beauty

A stone basin is the one fixture in a bathroom that will outlast the room around it. Ours are quarried, carved and finished by our own team in Denizli — nothing is subcontracted — and every piece is unique because the block it came from was.

Frequently asked questions

What is a marble sink made of?

A BROSMARBLE basin is cut from a single solid block of natural marble, travertine, onyx or limestone. Nothing here is cast from stone dust and resin, and nothing is a stone veneer bonded to a composite core.

Can a marble sink be used in a kitchen?

We do not recommend it. Marble etches on contact with acid — lemon, vinegar, wine, descaler — which happens weekly in a kitchen and almost never in a bathroom or powder room.

How much does a marble sink cost?

Basins in this collection run from about $650 to $4,500 depending on the stone, the size and how the piece is mounted. Shipping within the United States is free.

How long does a marble sink take to make?

Production is normally 1 to 4 weeks; the most complex made-to-order pieces take 8 to 14 weeks. Each product page shows its own figure under Delivery Time, and US transit adds 3 to 4 business days.

Does a marble sink need sealing?

Yes. Every basin is sealed before it leaves the workshop and should be resealed roughly once a year with a penetrating stone sealer.
